Euroralex Mover

In order to improve our production system, we have adopted Gerber Systems’ aerial system, which manages our production line. A computerized system controls a system of mechanized hangers, being the management of this system made by software developed specifically for the company: the Euroralex Mover.

HANGER TRANSPORTATION

In 2014 we contracted the services of the Laboratory of Robotics of the University of Aveiro to renew our hanger transport system.

INFORMATION SYSTEM

This partnership resulted in the subsequent hiring of two PhD engineers who, in full time, develop and modernize the computer control system of all the different areas of the factory.

MONITORING

The system allows the monitoring of production in real time and is adaptable to the needs of each moment.

AUTOMATION

Thanks to this system, it is possible to automatically transport parts between workstations, as defined by each production order.

HUMAN RESOURCES

The system provides a human resource module. This module implements all the functionalities required in this area.

ACCESS CONTROL

The system ensures the control of the access to the premises as well as all necessary registration

PLANNING AND MONOTORIZATION

The system allows scheduling all the production to the smallest detail, and provides continuous monitoring.
